NAME

gb2col - convert GenBank format to col format.  

SYNOPSIS

gb2col

[file]

 

DESCRIPTION

gb2col converts GenBank format to col format. Only intron/exon info is extracted from the features described in the GenBank format. Input is either from file or stdin. The output is sent to stdout.

 

OPTIONS

gb2col has no options.

 

EXAMPLES

Convert GenBank file to col file.

gb2col foo.gb
