Structural profiles of miRNA families through pairwise
clustering.
Available are the fasta files (with the name of the miRNA as a header) for the inputted miRNAs as well as for the Pvclust and Duda clusters.
Furthermore there is a link to all the WAR results. Each WAR page contains an overview table of the multiple alignment programs. Each method used, acts as a link to page with the structural alignment of the method. Also the consensus prediction contains a heatmap depicting how well the different methods agree.
The covariance models and results from the RaveNnA runs are also to be found via the RaveNnA link on the left. The results include the sequences and genomic positions for the new predictions. We use a cutoff of 10-5.
