My research interests include investigating and the relations between biosequences and their structural, functional properties, regulation as well as phenotypic involvement. Analysis of such relations requires the investigation of the individual DNA, RNA, and protein sequences, but it also involves whole genome, transcriptome, and proteome analysis. We are pursuing analysis of animal genomes and transcriptomes. I am full professor and heading the bioinformatics group as well as Center for non-coding RNA in Technology and Health. For my publications, see here.
